Astrotone respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. We aim to follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the rules made under it.
What we collect

- Birth details you choose to share: name, date, time and place of birth, used to prepare your Swara Kundali.
- Your headphones preference and listening history.
- Booking requests and notes you send us.
- Basic technical data such as device type and app version, to keep the service working well.
Why we use it
We process your data only for clear purposes you consent to: preparing your chart, personalising sessions, arranging consultations, managing subscriptions and replying to you. We do not sell your personal data.
We record page visits and feature use without names, email addresses, birth details or question text. You can switch this off in Account. We respect Do Not Track.
Consent and your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may access a summary of your data, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw consent at any time, and nominate a person to exercise your rights. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.

We use reasonable security safeguards and keep data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.
Children
Astrotone is intended for adults. We do not knowingly process data of children under 18 without verifiable parental consent.
