Refunds and cancellation

Sadhana passes

Sadhana passes are digital and start as soon as your payment is confirmed. They are one-time payments and never renew on their own.

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as the pass has not been used for more than 2 sessions.

Consults

You can reschedule a consult up to 24 hours before it starts. If you cancel 24 hours or more before, we refund that session in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

How to ask

Write to support@astrotone.in with your order id (it starts with AT). We reply within 2 working days.
